Colorado's bioscience sector is robust and thriving with over 1,700 life science-related businesses located in the Centennial state and over $1.6 billion of investments over the past five years, according to the State of Colorado. Real estate needs for the over 720 bioscience companies employing 30,000 staffers are highly specific due to the nature of the work of the bioscience industry.
