InCorp Acquires Ardent's Non-audit Business

CENTRAL, Singapore - Aug. 20, 2018 - PRLog -- InCorp Group, Singapore's leading corporate services provider, announced today the acquisition of the non-audit business units of Ardent, an award-winning audit, outsourcing and advisory firm in Singapore. Having started up in 2008, Ardent's non-audit business units provides solutions in

• risk management and governance advisory
• corporate restructuring and insolvency
• business advisory, business valuation and M&A transaction support

With this expansion and addition of three Partners from Ardent, InCorp Group further solidifies its position as a leading corporate services player in the region.
