-- On Thursday the 5th of July, Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa celebrated the first guest using the Mobile Key. The hotel is the first in Jordan to provide their loyal guests with such a cutting edge service.
Mobile Key offers customers an all-encompassing Mobile Check-In experience using the Marriott® Mobile App, permitting more control over arrival and time to unlock memorable moments. The service is available for the 54 million Marriott Rewards® members, where they can use their phone as a key to access their guest room, Gym and other common areas.
Guests will also be able to send messages to employees in real-time if they have any inquiries or wish to request amenities prior to their arrival and during their stay. The Mobile Key option can be accessed in the menu of the app and Guests can select their room and follow the steps to authorize their devices as a key to unlock the door. Additionally, immediate alerts about the rooms' status are also provided. As well as, Mobile Checkout service where a final copy of the guests' invoice is sent via email.
