Wendy Poe Joins North Highland as Associate Vice President

ATLANTA - Aug. 16, 2018 - PRLog -- Management consulting firm North Highland is pleased to announce that Wendy Poe has joined as associate vice president and will be based in the firm's Orlando, Florida office. Leveraging her travel and tourism industry expertise and customer experience consulting background, Poe will oversee the acquisition and growth of key accounts, service areas and offices, and the profitability and effectiveness of client teams.

Prior to joining North Highland, Poe launched her own customer experience consultancy and marketing agency, Wendy Poe & Company. She also served as Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing for Bluegreen Vacations, a leading vacation ownership firm, driving strategy and growth in satisfaction, customer experience and profit.

Poe holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in marketing communications.
