Brothers BBQ Coming to Castle Rock!
"As a Colorado-grown business ourselves, we love seeing the growth of fellow Colorado-based business King Soopers and are excited to partner with them for our grocery debut," said Brothers BBQ co-founder Chris O'Sullivan. "We have a lot to learn from their experience in the market, and we can't wait to join their team."
Brothers BBQ, which currently has their signature sauces available on shelves at all King Soopers and City Markets across Colorado, will now have its first full-service, in-store restaurant. Customers will have access to the full Brothers BBQ menu, including catering options, prepared fresh daily – from beef brisket to their famous burnt ends – with all meats smoked and grilled on-site. For vegetarian and vegan customers, the Impossible™ Burger, made with plant-based ingredients, is sure to satisfy even the strongest BBQ cravings.
In addition to enjoying the classic Brothers BBQ meals customers in the Denver metro area have grown to love, those who visit the Castle Rock King Soopers location will have the exclusive opportunity to browse a Brothers BBQ deli fridge and purchase freshly smoked and seasoned meats, along with sides and sauces, all packaged to preserve freshness. Grilling these meats at home will easily elevate any Super Bowl party or backyard BBQ and impress any guest!
Of the upcoming in-store restaurant opening, Brothers BBQ co-founder Nick O'Sullivan said, "King Soopers has so much to offer already, and we are proud to be a part of their constantly expanding selection of great options for customers to choose from. We are passionate about only serving BBQ that we would love to eat ourselves, and we look forward to sharing Brothers BBQ with Castle Rock."
Come in for a snack of hot links while you shop, pick up a warm BBQ sandwich for lunch, or grab a slab of ribs for your next tailgate party. King Soopers is now going to have it all!
ABOUT BROTHERS BBQ
Brothers BBQ started with two brothers, Chris and Nick O'Sullivan, and their love for BBQ. After traveling the country and stopping at every local BBQ joint they could find, the brothers returned to their hometown of Denver, CO. The city had grown into a melting pot of people from all regions of the country, and the brothers saw a need for a BBQ joint that could remind each customer of their favorite hometown BBQ no matter where they were from. Drawing from their favorite BBQ styles from Kansas City to Texas and Memphis to Carolina, the brothers created some of the best BBQ which is still served today in each Brothers BBQ location.
