Follow on Google News | American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Names Tammy Dillard-Steels, CAE Executive DirectorBy: American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Chicago, IL, August 9, 2018 – The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), comprised of the top matrimonial attorneys throughout the United States announced today that it has appointed Tammy Dillard-Steels, CAE as its Executive Director. Founded in 1962, AAML's mission is to provide leadership that promotes the highest degree of professionalism and excellence in the practice of family law. It represents the professional interests of more than 1650 Fellows across the country. These Fellows are generally recognized by judges and attorneys as the preeminent family law practitioners In her new role as Executive Director, Tammy will be responsible for leading AAML's dedicated staff while providing strategic leadership, delivering service excellence, and creating meaningful value for AAML's members. She will lead efforts to expand the AAML's programs while growing and strengthening its membership base. Tammy brings extensive experience in association management, including strategic planning, programs and event development, and membership building. Most recently, she served as the Regional Director of the Regional Services division of the American College of Healthcare Executives, where she direct multiple staff and chapter volunteer leaders. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Constituent Services of the Academy of General Dentistry for more than two and a half years and as the Executive Director of the Urban Sustainability Authority, which she co-founded, for more than eight years.
