Zinda Law Group Representing Greeley School Bus Crash Victim

GREELEY, Colo. - Aug. 9, 2018 - PRLog -- Please allow this public release to confirm that Zinda Law Group, PLLC represents Jacob and Kristina Autobee, individually and as next friend of K.A., a minor, for harms and losses they sustained as a result of a motor vehicle collision that took place on July 12, 2018.

On the day of the collision, Jacob and Kristina's minor child, K.A., was a passenger on a Greeley-Evans School District 6 bus that was struck by Defendant William Carroll, who was driving in the course and scope of his employment with Defendant Roadsafe. A copy of the Complaint filed in this matter is attached to this media release.

As a result of this collision, K.A. suffered serious injuries requiring hospitalization and surgery. K.A. is still in the process of recovery, and will be for some time. Please be advised that our clients are declining any interview requests while they focus on K.A's recovery.
