CARRHURE filled the Director – Human Resources position of The ICRISAT Centre

PARIS - Aug. 8, 2018 - PRLog -- ICRISAT appointed Ms. Fiona Bourdin-Farrell as the Director of Human Resources.

Carrhure was retained by the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics or ICRISAT (http://www.icrisat.org/) to fill 3 senior management positions for the organization including the DHR role where Ms. Bourdin-Farrell was selected among other highly qualified and passionate candidates.

Under the supervision of its Managing Director, Ms. Auree de Carbon, the team was able to tailor its approaches to meet the ICRISAT's expectations and needs through transparency, constant communication, and due diligence.

Fiona Bourdin Farrell is a strategic, values-driven Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of international experience in leading diverse and multi-cultural environments that can deliver large-scale organization-wide change initiatives. She was notable for delivering structured, measurable and functional HR policies to IRRI, an international agricultural research, and training organization headquartered in the Philippines. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Human Resources of UN Women. She is grateful for all the experiences and the lessons that she acquired from UN Women for the past 4 years. She is articulate, strategic and witty with a strong passion for modernizing Human Resources.
