Paytm Mall Launches Vehicle Breakdown Assistance In Partnership With TVS AA

MUMBAI, India - Aug. 8, 2018 - PRLog -- Paytm Mall, company of Paytm Ecommerce Pvt Ltd has partnered with TVS Auto Assist (TVS AA) to host 24X7 breakdown assistance service for automobile owners across India. This new service is currently available as a 'Roadside rescue' service within the 'Cars & Bikes' section of Paytm Mall. Consumers can independently purchase this service, and also while purchasing a vehicle on its platform. They can then receive assistance from any of TVS AA's service providers across 28 states and 1795 cities.

Keeping women drivers in mind, Paytm Mall and TVS AA have also come together to launch a special feature - 'Women Assist' to provide them Roadside Assistance during late hours (8pm – 5am.) To begin with, this service will be offered in 6 major cities in India (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore). This is an exclusive facility for Paytm Mall women customers.

TVS AA's breakdown assistance services are being offered through the annual membership program under two categories - Gold membership for Rs. 1,499/- and Platinum membership at Rs. 2,999/- Members of TVS AA can avail the emergency assistance support that include, mechanical related, towing, fuel, key, flat tyre, cab assistance, first-aid, etc. The Gold membership services offered at Rs. 1,499/- include, pan India breakdown assistance 6 times per car per year, car towing services and cab assistance at a nominal cost. On the other hand, the Platinum membership services offered at Rs. 2,999/- include, pan India emergency roadside breakdown assistance unlimited per car per year, cab assistance and car towing assistance free up to a specified range.
