Acne
Majority of women experience the spread of acne on their face and back and sometimes they already have an acne problem, but it gets worse during their pregnancy.

This is very normal since there are a lot of hormonal changes which effects acne spread.

There is also the clogged oil glances caused by androgen which tend to over-produce sebum that results in the acne and blackheads.

Some women even notice that their acne is getting better during their pregnancy period. Again this is due to the hormonal changes that your body is going through.

If your case is getting severe on multiple parts of the body, such as the chest and back, you might want to visit a dermatologist to have him check it and prescribe the appropriate medication for you which will not result in any pregnancy complication that might harm you or your baby.
Skin Moles
Moles which appear during pregnancy tend to get darker and bigger.  It is completely harmless and often goes away after giving birth.  Basically, the hormones change up and down throughout nine months.  Your doctor would give you some antibiotics and ointments which can help treat your problem moderately.

You cannot treat your moles on your own while you are pregnant because it can affect you differently as oppose of being pregnant. You must consult your doctor who is monitoring your pregnancy since the beginning, explain the symptoms and when did the moles start to appear.
Stretch marks
All pregnant women suffer from stretch marks on several parts of the body such as thighs, stomach, and buttocks. This happens mainly because of the pushing and pulling under the skin during pregnancy.  Although stretch marks reduce after you give birth, they never disappear.

Sometimes it can be caused by anything such as standing on your feet for long period of times, doing a lot of physical efforts to the level of exhaustion. But other times it can be caused by an allergy to a certain element, preeclampsia, and hyperthyroidism….

If you want the swelling to go away, try to elevate your feet often.  You also need to rest frequently to prevent your body parts from swelling. Last but not least you need to maximize the number of fluids in your body.
