Attorney Brandon R. Bytnar Earns Legal Elite Honors

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Aug. 3, 2018 - PRLog -- Attorney Brandon R. Bytnar of the Law Office of Brandon R. Bytnar, P.L. was recently selected as a 2018 Florida Trend Legal Elite Up & Comer.  Bytnar, who has practiced law in Naples since 2009, focuses primarily on estate planning, probate & trust administration, real estate law, elder law, and guardianship.

Florida Legal Elite represents a prestigious roster of attorneys chosen for recognition by their peers. The 1,012 lawyers exemplify a standard of excellence in their profession, and by so doing, have garnered the respect and esteem of their colleagues. Bytnar, along with 127 attorneys from around the state, garnered the most votes in a special category for attorneys under the age of 40 who have exhibited leadership in the law and in their community. The winner list represents just over 1% of the active Florida Bar members who practice in Florida. Bytnar was the only Collier County attorney selected for the honor.

Florida Trend invited all in-state members of the Florida Bar to participate in the voting.  Lawyers were asked to name attorneys whom they hold in the highest regard — lawyers with whom they have personally worked and would recommend to others. Voters were also asked to name three "up and coming" attorneys. Only lawyers who are currently licensed and practicing in Florida were eligible for selection. The list of top vote recipients was further examined using membership status and histories provided by The Florida Bar. A panel of previous Legal Elite winners, representing different practice areas in cities across the state, reviewed the list of finalists.

After graduating magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University, Bytnar earned his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.

An involved member of the Southwest Florida community, Bytnar has served on the board of directors for the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc., a non-profit that provides assistance and support to individuals with special needs as well as their families. He has also served on the community advisory board for Avow Hospice, Inc., a non-profit that provides care to seriously ill individuals.
