AtlasFAI Announces the Opening of Office in Wisconsin

WEST ALLIS, Wis. - Aug. 10, 2018 - PRLog -- Let us introduce Dr. Stephen D. Weissman from our West Allis Center!

Dr. Weissman joins us as an AtlasFAI Affiliated Office. He received his medical degree in 1970 from Temple University College of Podiatric Medicine followed by and internship and residency at Parkview Hospital. His favorite medical publications include the Journal for Foot & Ankle Society, Journal of American Podiatry Society and the Bone & Joint Surgery Journal. Dr. Weissman credits his success to hard work and persistence and today is practicing orthopaedic surgery at Northwest Surgery Center in Wisconsin.

He has been performing surgery for over 40 years, and minimally invasive foot surgery for over 35 years. He has written 3 textbooks including one on minimally invasive foot surgery. He is Board certified in foot and ankle surgery and in minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery.

A professor of Minimally Invasive Foot Surgery, Dr. Stephen D. Weissman is a past president of the American College of Podiatric Radiologists and the Academy of Ambulatory Foot Surgeons.

He was a commander in the coast guard auxiliary and was director of a podiatric survey residency in Philadelphia. He worked as an associate professor of Radiology at Temple University College of Podiatric Medicine and has lectured extensively in the US and internationally.

Dr. Weissman performs the HyProCure® procedure as well as offers services and treatment options for bunions, hammertoes, heel spurs, misaligned feet and more.
