MCLEAN, Va. - July 30, 2018 - PRLog -- Swami Sarvapriyananda, the Minister and Spiritual Leader of the Vedanta Society of New York will be delivering the keynote speech at the upcoming 2018 Global Bhagavad Gita Convention. The convention will be held from Sep 15 to Sep 16, 2018, at Center for the Arts, George Mason University, Fairfax, VA in the Washington Metro Area.

Bhagavad Gita is a sovereign response of the inmost dimension of human personality to the crisis of emotions and paralyzing fears when life's course begins to stifle individuals beyond measure.

In this short interview, Swamiji greatly commends the idea to hold such a convention and emphasizes it's tremendous practical relevance and importance in modern life. About Swami Sarvapriyananda:
Swamiji joined the Ramakrishna Math and Mission in 1994 and received Sannyas in 2004. Before being posted to the VSSC's Hollywood Temple, Swami served as an acharya (teacher) of the monastic probationers' training center at Belur Math. He has served the Ramakrishna Math and Mission in various capacities including being the Vice Principal of the Deoghar Vidyapith Higher Secondary School, Principal of the Shikshana Mandira Teacher Education College at Belur Math, and the first Registrar of the Vivekananda University at Belur Math in India.
