-- Top producing agent Howard Sobkov, specializing in commercial real estate, just transitioned his business to Keller Williams Legacy – the most productive single real estate office in Maryland.
"My exposure to the agent-centric technology, consistent training, and the culture that is exclusive to Keller Williams are some of the reasons that I have made the decision to partner with Keller Williams Legacy," stated Sobkov. "The people that I have met in this market center have positively influenced my choice to build my business of commercial real estate at this brokerage."
"We're proud to be in business with Howard," said Seth Campbell, Keller Williams Legacy's Operating Principal. "With 22 years of experience in the industry, a vast local and national network, and a desire to grow and serve, Howard is a perfect fit for our culture. Our entire leadership team is already working with Howard to implement our systems, technology, and best practices to build his legacy."
Tina Beliveau, Keller Williams Legacy's Managing Director, added: "One of my favorite aspects of working with top producers like Howard is creating the opportunity for them to leverage their wealth of experience and network of clients for exponential growth. Howard has an incredible foundation in business, finance, and the real estate industry, and is already on a fast track to massive growth. I am looking forward to working closely with him and his team as they create even more value for their clients."
"Keller Williams Legacy is known for its business-building education, proven systems of business practice, and generous profit sharing," Howard stated. "My move to Keller Williams Legacy will allow me to exponentially scale my business. KW Legacy has a proven, clear path, and provides tremendous support that every agent and their clients deserves."
Specializing in commercial real estate throughout central Maryland, Howard is joining Keller Williams Commercial to continue to grow his business in retail, industrial, and investment sales and leasing. His vast experience earned him the Member to Member Business Award from CREWBaltimore. As an active member of CREWBaltimore, an organization that promotes the business interests and professional advancement of women in all disciplines of the commercial real estate industry, Howard set and exceeded his 2017 goal of encouraging 9 women to purchase commercial real estate buildings, all members of CREW Network.
Howard's accomplishments include successfully negotiating a 10 year deal with three 10 year options with Starbucks Corporation, as well as selling a retail chain that was in a family for four generations for $2.5 billion. Prior to working in real estate, Howard worked for a Belgian Bank in Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Leveraged Buyouts, and Management Buyouts. Howard's proudest achievements personally are his marriage of 22 years and his two sons, ages 18 and 19. Howard lives in Roland Park with his family.
