PARTI Program Names Teen California Petite 2018 Esmeralda Rios As Teen Ambassador For ExPosure

The ExPosure Charity Event will provide a unique opportunity to connect with business professionals and show support of an important cause: Creating awareness about social issues that affect youth to help End Bullying and Violent Lifestyles.
SAN JOSE, Calif. - July 27, 2018 - PRLog -- PARTI Program is thrilled to have Esmeralda Rios represent Bay Area youth as the Teen Ambassador for the annual Exposure event on October 4, 2018.

"Esmeralda embodies all of the kindness characteristics that are necessary to be successful as an advocate of Bullying Prevention", said Winston Ashby, Executive Director of PARTI Program. "She empathizes with teens in crisis and her unlimited energy and willingness to volunteer and Get Involved is an asset to the PARTI Program nonprofit."

"I am a strong supporter of bullying prevention and working with the PARTI Program as their Teen Ambassador for the ExPosure event brings about many opportunities to champion the cause and be a positive influence on others", Rios says. "I want to help create a climate of understanding and compassion for all of the youth in society."

Rios adds, "As the Teen California Petite 2018 title holder, I understand the stereotypical "beauty queen" image that society presents to the world. I feel a responsibility to address this and I make an effort to be as intellectually engaged as possible and advocate for what I believe in. At the end of the day, the world is in need of enlightenment. We must obtain leadership positions by taking risks, making a change, and educating one another."

Other confirmed participants include: Retired 49er and Superbowl Champion Dennis Brown; Chris Boyd, Senior Vice President at Kaiser Permanente; Jan Eric Nordmo, President at Off The Wall Soccer and Board Member of the Los Gatos Community Foundation; Ravinder LaL, Owner at The UPS Store; and Joshua Russell, Senior Vice President and Silicon Valley Market Manager at Bank of America.

October is National Bullying Awareness Month, and over the past 6 years, numerous Silicon Valley executives, professionals, and philanthropists have championed the PARTI Program – resulting in increased youth involvement and a system to provide Bullying Prevention Toolkits to Bay Area schools.
