Florida Residential Real Estate Investor Hires Summer Intern

SANFORD, Fla. - July 26, 2018 - PRLog -- Transforming Property Solutions, LLC (TPS) has hired a new intern to work for the summer of 2018. The Seminole County Public School's internship expo offers hundreds of high school sophomores and juniors the opportunity to professionally present themselves to employers looking to hire summer interns. TPS received several resumes from qualified candidates.  Students were required to go through both phone and face-to-face interviews to select the final candidates. At the end of this process, an upcoming junior from a Seminole County High School was hired to work for TPS from June 4th to August 3rd 2018   The intern candidate hired by TPS described her experience at the internship expo as follows: "there was a wide selection of companies and employers offering internships with many choices regarding career path and area. The interview process was easy and fast and the communication was outstanding which made the process so much easier and the facilitators and employers both responded to emails in a timely manner."

All Seminole County Public School (SCPS) interns are enrolled in an online course through the district called ePathways to ensure proper supervision by facilitators and the award school credit. One requirement from the course is to complete a time card provided by SCPS and have regular site visits by facilitators.  The intern hired by TPS is responsible for writing website blogs and press releases which are uploaded to the TPS website, posting on social media, and networking sites.

When asked the question of "Why did you choose to work with a real estate investing company?", the TPS intern stated, "I have always been interested in how this industry works and being an intern at Transforming Property Solutions has allowed me to explore and learn different aspects of real estate investing!  I wanted to gain experience for future career opportunities and build the skills necessary for working with others.  I believe this will help me learn and grow by improving my communication, teamwork and writing skills.  The experience so far has been wonderful, I'm looking forward to the continued learning opportunity this summer."
