PEWAUKEE, Wis. - July 25, 2018 - PRLog -- Frederick & Company, Inc., today unveiled a new investment platform for private offerings.  The site provides access to comprehensive due diligence packets.  In addition, the documents required to complete the transaction can be reviewed and executed online.

Frederick & Company, Inc. was founded in 1960 by Paul Frederick as a full-service broker-dealer.  In the early 1990s, the Company started focusing on investment opportunities in start-up and emerging growth companies.  During the past 25 years, the Company has completed a large number of private offering transactions both as a direct investor and on behalf of clients.
