DTR Inc. CEO Jay Goldberg's Radio Station Kicking Off Top 1000 Songs of All Time

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - July 25, 2018 - PRLog -- Rock on Neon Radio is an outgrowth of Neon Music Radio which went off the air at the end of 2017. Jay Goldberg's show, Rock on Neon, which aired Saturday mornings on that station grew into a station in January of 2018.

The station's motto is "some that you recognize, some that you hardly even heard of" which is a quote from the song Celluloid Heroes by The Kinks written by Ray Davies. The station plays songs and artists played on mainstream and alternative radio, some well know, some not so much (both the artists and the songs played); and plays music from artists most listeners will be unfamiliar with since they do not get a lot of (if any) airplay on mainstream stations.

That makes Rock on Neon Radio's list of the top 1,000 songs of all time a unique list unlike any found anywhere.

Over the summer there will be "pop up" shows for the countdown. These shows will be announced a couple of days in advance. The best place to find out about these shows is on the station's Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/rockonneon. The first "pop up" show is Saturday, July 28^th at 10:00 AM EST. Starting on Saturday, September 8^th, Rock on Neon Live will be back from its summer hiatus and the countdown shows will become regularly schedule programming on Saturday mornings. In addition to the countdown, there will also be a segment on those shows where music new to Rock on Neon Radio will be played as well.

Keep in mind the following as it relates to Rock on Neon Radio's list of the top 1,000 songs of all time:

• The list is from the music available to be played at the station which is about 50,000 songs. However, there is a lot of excellent music the station does not own.
• With about 50,000 songs available, the list represents the top 2%. Many songs and artists not on the list are still great, even top 5%.
