A decorated Viet Nam military veteran who was awarded the Bronze Star Medal with 1st Oak Leaf Cluster for Meritorious Achievement along with other commendations, Mayor Brady graduated from the Arizona Law Enforcement Training Academy with full police powers in 1983 before accepting the position of Mohave County Parks Director, and oversaw a small police force of police-certified park rangers during his nearly two decades running the county's three large parks and campgrounds.
