New Head Chef at The Levin Hotel's Knightsbridge Metro

Danny MacGechan has been appointed head chef at The Knightsbridge Metro, the popular haunt for locals and hungry shoppers.
After starting his career at Soho Soho he honed his skills with Eric Chavot, Marco Pierre-White's The Canteen, L'Escargot and Hawksmoor.
Danny has created a menu of small sharing plates that offer a personal take on the Brits' favourite dishes. His style focuses on authentic flavours and seasonality with each plate presented simply and beautifully. The relaxed, vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant with its outside terrace sees Danny showcasing his skills in the open kitchen.
