Blue Thunder Technologies Adds 7 New blu-SAT Presaturated IPA Wiping Options

ENFIELD, Conn. - July 19, 2018 - PRLog -- New saturation levels, sizes, and materials are now available to satisfy wiping requirements for a broader range of applications. Among the new wipes are options suitable for use in a variety of sterile and non-sterile cleanroom applications including ISO Class 3, 4, 5, 6, and higher.

Materials available include nonwoven poly-cellulose, polyester, and polypropylene. blu-SAT wipes come in a variety of sizes ranging from 4" x 4" for small parts and components to 11" x 17" for larger surfaces.

New saturation levels are available to meet different cleanroom cleaning requirements including 70% Isopropyl alcohol options compatible with USP 797 and 800 wiping requirements as well as 99%, 90%, 85%, and 10% Isopropyl Alcohol.

Presaturated wipes offer a variety of benefits including convenience (eliminates pouring, spraying, filtering, or diluting), consistent and accurate amount of isopropyl alcohol distribution.

Another benefit is Safety: by removing the flammable spray from the equation, presaturated wipes provide a safer working environment and cut down on possible fire hazards. They also remove the hazard attached to employees when mixing potentially hazardous chemicals.By negating the need for a sprayer filled with the cleaning agent, pre-wetted wipes cut down on staff exposure through skin or inhalation to such chemicals.
