LBCON - the new way to connect a flameproof enclosure (Ex d)

LAUDA-KOENIGSHOFEN, Germany - July 17, 2018 - PRLog -- Today we released our new video about our new meber of the line bushing family: LBCON.
With this product the handling of an Ex d (flameproof) enclosure is so much easier.
The connecting of a flameproof enclosure is much easier and you can maintain or measure into your Ex d enclosure without open the enclosure itself.
You don't need any resin, time to cure and put the responsibilty to the guys on site. This product is pre-fabricated for all aspects of safety.
Just screw in the line bushing of the LBCON. The length of the wires are done on your request (standard is 50 cm, 20 inch). Connect your system within the enclosure to the wires and close your flameproof enclosure.
Pull the cable gland and the sleeve of LBCON over your cable. The length of this cable is dtermined on site  and free(with respect to voltage drop) and connect the cable to the inner terminal block of the LBCON.
Screw the sleeve to the line bushing and fix the cable gland to cable and sleeve.... that's all.
By doing the most important safety factor( the closing of the flameproof enclosure) pre-fabricated you get the highest safety level for connecting an Ex d enclosure. This is not depending on skills of people on site and time you have to spend on curing the resin. The line bushing is done before and the terminal block leads to a wide flexiblity of connecting your system.
