Runner's Pilates 6-week Course

Ideal for those who want to know great flexibility and strength exercises to add to their running training.
 
PYRMONT, Australia - July 12, 2018 - PRLog -- This Runner's Pilates Package is ideal for those who enjoy running but want some variety in their training. If you want to learn more about which exercises are great for runner's, then this course will take you through them.

Starts the week of the 23rd July.

Options for days and times include:
Tuesday 1pm - 1.45pm
Thursday 7.15am - 8am
Thursday 6.30pm - 7.15pm
Saturday 8.45am - 9.30am

Price

One time payment of $279 (discounted from $310), in advance for a term of 6 classes. A full receipt will be issued for your health fund.

Class Information

PhysioFit Health is a Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates clinic based in Pyrmont.
The classes will go through different flexibility exercises and have a number of different workstations, the will include small equipment, such as the theraband and Pilates ball.

What the Package Includes:

You'll get an individual 45-minute session before the course starts. There are 6 classes in total with a bonus of unlimited access to standard classes for a week (to be used within two weeks of completing the course). Each class runs for 45 minutes.

10% off physio appointments for the duration of the Runner's class package.

If you're wanting to add some variety to your running training then this course can help you. Class size is small (up to 4 people) so you get great instructor supervision and feedback.

All instructors are Physiotherapists with Pilates training.
