Garden City Realty Announces its June Agents of the Month

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - July 10, 2018 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Bobby Streett is the top Listing Agent and June Hiller is the firm's top Selling Agent of June.

The Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks Streett within the top nine percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market in 2017. This statistic is based on active agents with sales between January 1 and December 31, 2017. Likewise, Streett was recognized as the firm's top Listing Agent in May as well as the Selling Agent of the second quarter. In October 2016, he was named as a finalist in the Best Real Estate Agent category of The Sun News' annual Best of the Beach contest for the second consecutive year. This year, he was named the firm's top Listing Agent of January and March as well as the firm's top Listing Agent first quarter.

Streett, Your Coastal Carolina Connection, has been a Broker Associate with Garden City Realty since 2004 and has been selling real estate for more than 40 years. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS, and the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS.
