Overseen by Quality Austria, the standard requires demonstration of having clear quality management systems in place to ensure optimum levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction levels. With the new version accreditation having a focus on risk and supply chain management, the audit revealed no non-conformities and a number of strengths highlighted.
