On the buyer side, Duffy and Charron completed the successful acquisition of a portfolio of multi-family communities in New Hampshire, including 70 Lowell Street, a fifty-five (55) unit multifamily property in Manchester for a combined sales price of $2,990,000.00. And finally, in a busy fury of transactions, Berkshire Hathaway Senior Advisor Scott Reiff recently completed the sale of 625A Broadway Road in Dracut, Massachusetts for a price of $1,500,000.00. Reiff had the exclusive assignment to sell the land parcel, as well as procure the buyer in this transaction.
