Vax-Immune Receives Notice of Allowance from U.S. Patent Office

HOUSTON - June 27, 2018 - PRLog -- Vax-Immune^TM, LLC formally announced they have received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent Office for the application entitled "PORTABLE DISPOSABLE RE-USABLE CULTURE DEVICE FOR RAPID DIAGNOSIS OF INFECTIOUS AGENTS."  This approval, App. No. 15/234097, RL 3061.006.USCP, paves the way for Vax-Immune to receive its patent shortly.

    According to Leonard Weisman, President, and Chief Technology Officer for Vax-Immune, the company is manufacturing its platform device, LabReady^® for FDA testing and building its pipeline of additional diagnostic products.  With this "Notice of Allowance" in place, we are well positioned to be a leader in the area of rapid diagnostic devices, allowing treatment sooner for patients and providing better outcomes.  Dr. Weisman stated, "Vax-Immune also has applications pending in key foreign markets."
