Eluned McHardy is an experienced private client solicitor and brings extensive knowledge of Powers of Attorney and Incapacity Law to Fergusson Law.  She studied at both Edinburgh Napier University and the University of Edinburgh.

Linda Sharp WS also studied at Edinburgh University and is an experienced private client solicitor.  Her specialism is residential conveyancing throughout Scotland.
