Kelley Kronenberg Welcomes Adam M. Berger and Brian R. Grimm to its Chicago Office

CHICAGO - June 25, 2018 - PRLog -- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, has added two lawyers to its Chicago office with the additions of Adam M. Berger as a Partner and Brian R. Grimm as an Attorney. Berger, who was previously an owner of a small Chicago-based litigation firm, merged his successful litigation practice with the Kelley Kronenberg team. Grimm was an attorney with Berger's previous firm.

Berger focuses his practice on Complex Commercial Litigation, Third Party Insurance Defense, Employment litigation and General Business Litigation. He serves as outside general counsel to automobile dealerships in the Greater Chicago Area and has extensive class action experience. He is also highly experienced in business and commercial litigation matters including fraud, warranty, truth in lending, breach of contract, and defamation claims.

He represents managers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction negligence, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims, and has also represented many specialty subcontractors in these matters.

Among his legal accolades, Berger is a recipient of a 2015 "Trial Lawyer Excellence Award" from Jury Verdict Reporter, for obtaining a defense verdict in a wrongful death case. He has also been recognized on the Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Stars List for Construction Litigation.

Berger earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University and his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit and the Federal Trial Bar. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.

Grimm assists in handling matters related to Construction, Retail and Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, General Liability, and Employment and Labor law.

Prior to joining the firm, Grimm gained experience, on both the state and federal levels, in complex commercial and tort trial litigation. His background also includes the handling of insurance defense matters, such as professional malpractice claims, and defense of catastrophic injury and death claims arising from product, premises, transportation, medical, municipal, and liquor liability.

Active in the legal community and a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Grimm has been recognized by his peers as a Leading Lawyer from 2011 through 2017 in product liability, transportation and personal injury defense law.

Grimm earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.
