TEHRAN, Iran - June 23, 2018 - PRLog -- In 1994, when the Deutsch store named Intershop became the first world internet store and also a year before the launch of Amazon site, there were a lot of confusion and suspicion about online purchasing.

Aside from the fact that most of people's predictions have come true from Internet dominance on different businesses, such as decreasing traditional sales, cheaper purchasing, more variety and .... so far, the main concern of the people at that time has been the issue of MONEY. Security and protection of the people `s money was a very worrying issue. As far as 1995, all Canadian newspapers had published articles titled "Internet and the Dangers of eBuying."

Stories were exchanged among people about "the secret of online selling is that it's not actually going to be sold in reality". Professor Roland Bost, professor of marketing at Vanderbilt University, says that people in those years did not exactly know "where to go" for online purchasing.

Today these mistakes look pretty funny and clear.  This is due to the high speed of technological progress in the world. As far as nowadays, not only everyone is familiar with this phenomenon, but also the largest amount of trading in the world is online and through online stores such as Amazon and Ali Baba and etc.

The main reason for learning the internet and its impact on all human activities is to simplify tasks. So that instead of spending time and energy, it can be ordered online and received locally which is precisely why we are observing an increase in number of online stores every day.

Wholesale trading also follows this process  and are going to be more online every day. In a way that experts predict a $1.3 trillion turnover from major e-commerce turnover in 2020.

The same people who did not even think about internet purchasing in 1994 because of uncertainty and ignorance, are simply doing all their purchases online on the internet.

Even in countries that are commercially limited in relations with other countries and technologically are not the first ranks in the world. In the third world Country-Iran- as feared and resisted, people were even worse and worse. People's uncertainty about  e-commerce has been continued until even a few years ago. But contrary to everyone's imagination, under these very difficult conditions, several start-ups in the field of e-commerce have begun and worked well until today. For example, we can mention the OMDEX company -an Iranian startup (http://omdex.ir)- operating in the Middle East and Iran.

OMDEX (http://omdex.ir) is a platform for wholesale trading serving buyers and suppliers around Iran, as a platform it continues developing services to help businesses do more and discover opportunities.

The team mission is to help Iranian SME manufacturers (http://omdex.ir/companies/fa) to do business as easy as possible by providing facilities to reach more audiences for their products and help buyers find products and suppliers quickly and efficiently. So we can consider Omdex as an Online store but in wholesale scale.
