TYLER, Texas - June 21, 2018 - PRLog -- When you're part of one of the nation's largest systems of higher education, it's critical to stand out among the rest—to share the own unique story of how you impact education in your particular region. With that in mind, and as part of a new strategic plan, the University of Texas at Tyler began a branding initiative in 2017 to rebrand the college's identity.

Learn how branding can create a unique experience, increase customer loyalty and motivate employees when IABC East Texas presents Lucas Roebuck, vice president for marketing and chief communications officer for UT Tyler, during its July 11 lunch-and-learn communications program at Potpourri House, 3320 Troup Hwy #300 in Tyler. The luncheon meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m.

During his presentation, Roebuck will share the process the college went through to develop and introduce a new brand, including:

•     Crafting a strategic message plan across multiple platforms

•     Rebranding visual elements

•     Engaging staff through the rebranding process
