Bringing Building Health to Commercial Properties
Building Owners and Managers to Learn Importance of Building Health and Indoor Air Quality at the BOMA International Conference and Expo
Every year this conference and expo outlines the current state of the commercial real estate industry. The conference agenda hosts a full slate of workshops to educate and discuss issues facing property owners and managers. It provides the opportunity for these professionals to network and learn from each other. The expo portion boasts more than 450 exhibitors with products and services specifically geared towards helping BOMA members optimize their buildings.
Pure Air Controls will be talking about how to improve building health, comfort and energy efficiency through IAQ testing, laboratory analysis and specialized building/HVAC solutions at booth 832. They will also be available to answer any hurricane preparedness questions and establish strategic partnerships to aide in a speedy recovery should the worst happen.
The main focus of the booth will be to demonstrate their sustainable HVAC New Life hygienic restoration program. This innovative program allows building owners to restore their HVAC rooftop and air handling units for 1/10th the cost of replacing them with new equipment! This program utilizes proprietary PURE-Steam HVAC unit and coil cleaning for optimized building health (IAQ) and energy efficiency. Plus, a total restoration with PURE-Coat interior/exterior coating and PURE-Liner 2.0 drain pan refurbishment.
Attendees will be able to see and touch an example of an HVAC New Life restored coil, drain pan, and metal cabinet, as well as view live comparative Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) readings from a PURE-Steam cleaned HVAC coil, and a coil that remains impacted.
