Industry Veteran Prepares For Day In Court Against Big Banks

Crowdfunding Campaigns Launch in Preparation for Discovery and Trial

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - June 20, 2018 - PRLog -- After a 13- year battle, FinFix helps an industry veteran prepare for her day in court.   "I have uncovered pervasive and systemic financial fraud that extends through several states and beyond", says Veronica Williams, financial arbitrator and 35-year industry veteran.  After denial of due process by NJ Courts, in 2016 she removed her case to US District Court. (Case 2:16 vs 03501 Williams vs. HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Litton Loan, Fremont et. al.)

The case filings document financial, operational, legal and administrative fraud.  Some of the defendants have paid billions of dollars in Federal fines for related activities but Williams insists the fines falls far short of the damages caused to homeowners, investors and others. Williams plans to simplify the complexities of the cycle of fraud during her presentations to the jury.

FinFix is seeking funds, attorneys, paralegals and experts to assist in Williams' legal defense. Crowdfunding campaigns have been launched on GoFundMe, FundedJustice and FinFix.  Case documents and selected research will be available to others fighting financial fraud.
