Prior to joining OFS, she worked with several non-profit organizations including The Salvation Army where she served as Donor Relations Director and previously as its Assistant Executive Director of Development. Earlier in her career she was the Chief Development Officer at Beyond Housing. Ratliff earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. "Gloria is an excellent addition to our leadership team based on her proven track record of achieving results and securing resources," said Operation Food Search's Executive Director Sunny Schaefer. "We have great confidence in her ability to strategically align our organization with partners who share our vision to end childhood hunger and family food insecurity." Founded in 1981, Operation Food Search (OFS) is a hunger relief organization that provides food and nutrition education. With a strategic focus aimed at ending childhood hunger, OFS empowers families with a range of programs and services proven to reduce food insecurity and increase access to healthy and affordable food. The agency helps feed more than 200,000 individuals on a monthly basis – one-third of which are children – through a network of 330 community partners in 31 Missouri and Illinois counties.
