Microcopy Dental Launches #MCinATL Campaign to Raise Community Awareness of Infection Prevention

ATLANTA - June 18, 2018 - PRLog -- As market leaders in single-patient-use dentistry, Microcopy Dental has been quietly operating in the heart of Kennesaw, Georgia for over three decades.

The global brand is at the forefront of dental manufacturing and seeing continued growth in new markets worldwide. However, with the succession of a new CEO, Paul Tucker, Microcopy is now rooting itself locally with a #MCinATL campaign via social media and hosting dentists for Tech Nights at their manufacturing plant.

"Starting with our local community, we are taking a more proactive approach to hearing and responding to the voice of the customer."

The campaign is an ongoing effort to make dentists in the Atlanta area aware the company has been their theoretical neighbor for years as well as educate them on Microcopy's commitment to safety for dental practitioners and their patients. Microcopy pioneered the development of single-patient-use diamond burs in 1989 with the purpose of providing a solution for effective infection control.

Understanding the potential for cross-contamination of infectious diseases from patient-to-patient and the residual consequences, Tucker asks a fitting question, "You don't want to use somebody else's toothbrush. So why would you want to use somebody else's bur?" While the analogy may seem unconventional, the threat of microbial transmission in dental procedures is very real. Microcopy analyzed those risks and created a solution with their NeoDiamond and NeoBurr products.
