2nd Annual CRPS Awareness Day and Fundraiser at Dodger Stadium

LOS ANGELES - June 18, 2018 - PRLog -- CRPS Forum, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to unite, educate, support research and raise awareness for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, is presenting a Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) Awareness Weekend with the proceeds benefitting our mission. The Second Annual CRPS Awareness Day and Fundraiser is on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 1:10 pm, at Dodger Stadium. Tickets seating is located in the Preferred Loge Box Value MVP section with the tickets priced at $47. California Pain Medicine Center is sponsoring 100 CRPS Awareness rally towels for the first 100 ticket purchasers. We hope to meet our goal of 200 tickets to be featured on camera during the game to help raise awareness! Tickets are available for purchase online through CRPS Forum. CRPS is a rare, debilitating, neurological disease which affects under 200,000 people in the US alone and is known as the most painful condition that exists.
