Robbins Acquires Aventine at Boynton Beach Apartment Community

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - June 14, 2018 - PRLog -- Robbins Property Associates, one of the fastest-growing multifamily owner-operators in the Southeastern U.S., has announced its sixth Florida acquisition since the fourth quarter of 2017:  Aventine at Boynton Beach, a 216-unit apartment community located in Boynton Beach, FL. It will be renovated and rebranded as "Verona at Boynton Beach."

Since the fourth quarter of 2017, Robbins acquired five other Florida properties, Station House in Lake Mary, Winter Park Commons and Central Place both in Winter Park, Lakeside Apartments in Brandon, and Art Avenue in Orlando.  It has plans to acquire more multifamily communities in Florida in the months ahead, to expand the over 4,500 apartment holdings currently in Florida.
