West Bengal Haj Pilgrims Happy by Haj Sathi App

The state of the art Haj House has been established in Rajarhat on 15 acres of land and it can accommodate 3000 people at a time. This project has got an investment of Rs 100 crore. Facilities like prayer, canteen hall, modern auditorium along with beautiful landscape are all available here. Apart from customs and immigration, the pilgrims can complete other activities here only.

The pilgrims can access vital contacts of the officials of Haj Committee from this Android app apart from gathering information on date and time of flight. The 'Haj Guide' and 'Rituals' sections of this app will provide detailed information about the process to be followed during the month-long pilgrimage. Important notifications can be received from the respective column. This app will prevent the pilgrims from getting cheated in the hands of touts.

The most distinguishing attribute of this app is to enable the pilgrims register queries and complaints for transportation, accommodation, heath issues or any emergencies. Also, the status of their complaints can also be checked by availing this service.
