Coyotes part ways with their coach

CARSON CITY, Nev. - June 8, 2018 - PRLog -- Western Nevada FC's soccer team has ended its relationship with Head Coach and General Manager Ian Hill. Mr. Hill violated the team's code of conduct and was removed from his administrative positions by a unanimous vote of the team's players. Assistant Coach Joe Lillie will serve as interim head coach for the remainder of the season. The team thanks the community for its continued support. The Coyotes are currently in first place in the UPSL's Wild West Conference, and is the Number 1 team in the nation in the American Pyramid Power Rankings of the UPSL's 180 teams for the sixth consecutive week. Yan Skwara, the national commissioner of the UPSL, has committed to continue the league's support of the team after Mr. Hill's departure.

The team will take on East Bay Tecos Fire on Saturday, June 9 at 5:00 pm at Golden Eagle in Sparks. This is a quarterfinal match in the Wild West Conference Cup Tournament.
