Optometrist Joins Frantz EyeCare Medical Team

FORT MYERS, Fla. - June 11, 2018 - PRLog -- Jonathan M. Frantz, MD, FACS, medical director of Frantz EyeCare, is pleased to announce that Optometrist Tammy Johnson, OD, hasj oined the practice's medical team and will see patients in the Cape Coral office. Dr. Johnson is a primary eye care provider who specializes in examination and diagnosis of eye diseases, vision conditions, testing for eyeglasses and contact lenses, and provides pre and post-operative care of surgery patients.

Dr. Johnson most recently worked for the Lee County VA Healthcare Center. She received her Doctorate of Optometry at Indiana University. She is a member of the American Optometric Association.
