In order to make this prestigious list, Law360 grouped firms based on U.S. attorney headcount and firms with below-average female headcount at any level were excluded. The remaining firms were ranked by the percentage of female non-partners and female partners and for the top ranked firms in every tier, women make up at least 50 percent of a firm's total attorney workforce.
