Vintage Moschino Launch Party at Walker/Viden Luxury Consignment June 10, 2018

PASADENA, Calif. - June 1, 2018 - PRLog -- WALKER/VIDEN PRESENTS VINTAGE MOSCHINO IN-STORE EXCLUSIVE

Walker/Viden Luxury Consignment is hosting its first vintage Moschino in-store exclusive with over 200 museum-worthy and unique vintage pieces from the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s. The cheeky couture brand is synonymous with fun.  These pieces will inject zest into your closet. Forget basics—you can find those anywhere—this is the high fashion equivalent of an exclamation point!

This special event is happening as part of the European Afternoon at Green Street Village. French and Italian art, fashion and music will be celebrated on beautiful Green Street in Pasadena on Sunday June 10th from noon until 6 pm.

This collection was personally curated by Walker/Viden co-owner and Creative Director, Jennie Walker, through JennieGirl's Closet, sourced from around the world.

Walker says, "I was inspired to create this collection after I purchased a long full skirt from a friend with "O Sole Mio" embellished on the bottom with an all over embroidery of a golden sun and an Italian flag stripped wide ribbon bow at the waist. The skirt reminded me of how much I loved the brand when I was younger. Whenever I showed the skirt to customers in the store, their reaction was enthusiastic. It ignited a passion in me to find items that had the same unique appeal. Seven months later, I have over 200 pieces in one place. It is one of the largest collections of vintage Moschino in the Los Angeles area.

Moschino was popularized in the 1990s by actress Fran Dresher in the hit TV series "The Nanny" and several of the same pieces she made famous on her show, from the puzzle suit to the Union Jack Flag Jacket, are part of this collection.

The vintage Moschino collection has a variety of sizes from XS to XL in jackets, dresses, skirts, pants, vests as well as handbags, shoes, scarves, belts, bracelets. There are limited edition Moschino Barbie dolls and books—so there is something for everyone.  Most clothing and accessories are for women, but a few pieces are for men. These items will be available in-store only for a limited time starting Sunday, June 10th and running through Saturday June 31st. The collection will go on-line after its in-store debut.

Also, Walker/Viden is giving away two vintage Moschino charm bracelets through an in-store drawing the afternoon of June 10th. You must be present to win.
