PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. - May 22, 2018 - PRLog -- AAF Panama City Incoming Club President & Owner of Giambra B2B Marketing, Chuck Giambra announced today: "Kristi Kirkland has served our club for the past several years in many roles, most currently as our club President. She is retiring from her position as the AAF Panama City Club President; her last day serving on the board in that capacity with the AAF will be June 13th. Kristi has been a central part of the fabric of the local AAF club for years; over that time, her enormous talent, energy, and commitment has been a driving force in our local club network. Kristi has made an enormous and very positive impact on so many people and businesses in our local club and community -- indeed she has spearheaded and driven many changes and additions to the values we currently bring to our members, all of whom have tremendous respect for her, as do I. She is a leader of leaders, and in many respects a creator of leaders through the work she does in her company, Answer Marketing Inc. So, on behalf of our local AAF Club, I thank her for her outstanding service to the AAF and our Membership. She will be keeping a role on the board continuing to serve our club as well as taking on a committee chair role for our AAF Fourth District."

Kristi's involvement with the AAF's professional club network began when she joined the local Panama City Advertising Federation in 2012, where she was soon elected Club PR and Communications chair in 2013. Shortly thereafter, she was elected as the Vice President of the local club and moved up to fill the role of President, having served in an alternating role while rebuilding the membership ever since. In her most recent role of President for the 2017/18 season, under her innovative leadership, the club added benefits such as a video of the local ADDYs, press releases for winners, a quarterly after-hours event and a new membership recruiting brochure.

Kristi has designed the presentation for the local ADDYs for the past several years, developed and taught programs for the local membership; and encouraged members at every level to explore leadership roles in the club. She and the board she served with were responsible for the successful growth of the past several years ADDYs, expanding the Club memberships values, bringing in new and most importantly active members. For this work, Kristi and incoming President received a standing ovation at this year ADDYs and special thanks from members for their efforts.

Kristi Kirkland said: "What I enjoy most about AAF is the opportunity to know and interact alongside so many talented and gifted people. The friendships and knowledge gained that came from those connections were the highlights of my time with AAF. I consider myself most fortunate to have learned, shared time, and work with so many wonderful people and that is something that I will continue to cherish in the years to come in my new role serving as committee chair for our Fourth District."
