MINNEAPOLIS - May 22, 2018 - PRLog -- The Hues Company, creators of HuesBox, its health, beauty and wellness subscription box service for people of color, today unveil HuesBox Quarterly, the new quarterly subscription box featuring full-size products from small health, beauty, and wellness (HBW) owned and operated by people of color, and ship once a quarter, unlike the current monthly subscription offering. The much larger, quarterly boxes will introduce HuesMag, a magazine built exclusively with content from creatives of color and touching on issues of physical health, beauty, fashion, culture, mental health and wellness.

The introduction of HuesBox Quarterly is a direct result of feedback from HuesBox Monthly subscribers. "Our subscribers love the unique collection of products they receive every month." explained co-founder Dr. Jasmine L. Harris. "They loved the products so much they want more, more products, more information, more stuff and we're moving to quarterly boxes to give it to them!"

In the first year, The Hues Company inaugural brand, HuesBox, sold over 2k boxes to all fifty states and Canada, generating more than $30k in revenue over the same time period. The Hues Company brands work together to encourage consumer market influence and support entrepreneurship in communities of color. HuesBox has been featured in celebrity gifting suites honoring the Video Music Awards in Los Angeles (2017), the Superbowl (2018), and will be featured at the Inaugural Power of Influence: Women's Empowerment Awards at Essence Festival later this year.

"HuesBox has really become our flagship brand as The Hues Company continues to expand," said co-founder Robin Harris. "Introducing this quarterly offering allows us to bring customers even more of what they loved in the monthly boxes. Not only will subscribers receive full-size products, but they'll also get a sneak peek at gifts we usually reserved for celebs, branded Hues swag, and HuesMag, which we can't wait to unveil."

The Hues Company commitment to entrepreneurs of color expands to include creatives of color with the introduction of HuesMag. The magazine will include some online content from HuesMedia, but will also feature exclusive content and promotions for subscribers only. "We want to highlight writers, poets, photographers, designers, and artists of color," confirmed co-founder JenaƩ Harris. "There are so many creatives out there without a suitable platform for their work. HuesMag is prepared to take on that challenge."

The final monthly HuesBox subscriptions will be shipped in May. HuesBox Quarterly will begin shipping in August 2018, and will be shipped four times a year in August, November, February, and June. The Hues Company will begin accepting subscribers online at on May 22, 2018.
