Design 446 sees award-winning year

MANASQUAN, N.J. - May 22, 2018 - PRLog -- Design 446, based in Manasquan, NJ, has had an award-winning year so far, taking home 44 awards in less than eight months – a testament to its success as a full-service marketing agency. Most recently, Design 446 received seven Synergy awards from the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties and the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties for its work with Lennar and W.B. Homes, Inc. The gala took place on April 19^th at Presidential Caterers in East Norriton, PA.

Just a week prior, Design 446 was the recipient of 14 awards at the 31^st Annual Sales and Marketing Gala that was held on April 12^th at the Golden Nugget Casino, Hotel and Marina. The event, hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association, was part of the Atlantic Builders Convention, the largest building industry trade show in the Northeast. Design 446 garnered awards across an array of categories that night, including two Above and Beyond Community Service Awards, Best E-Brochure for an Associate Member (DBRIEF– Design 446's monthly E-newsletter), and Best Showroom for an Associate Member (HOPE Sheds Light).

Design 446 was proud to be on the winning teams of Pr1ma Corporation, K. Hovnanian® Homes, Lennar, Kali Road 105, LLC and Roger Mumford Homes for a plethora of awards including The Hills by Lennar and Venue at Lighthouse Station Community of the Year Grand Awards.

Earlier this year, at the 15^th Annual FAME Awards, hosted by the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ), Design 446 took home 17 awards, including Best Associate Member Brochure, Best Associate Member Corporate Facebook Page, Best Associate Member Email Promotion and Best Associate Member Interior Merchandising and Design for a Non-Residential Project.

Design 446 was on the winning teams of Pr1ma Corporation, K. Hovnanian® Homes, Lennar and Roger Mumford Homes for wins that included Best Logo, Best Brochure, Best Interior Merchandising, Best Signage, Best Sales Office, Best Magazine Ad, Best Architectural Product Design, Best Direct Mail Piece, Best Special Promotion for a Broker and three Community of the Year Grand Awards.

In November 2017, Design 446 received six MAME awards, presented by the Builders League of South Jersey for its work with Kali Road 105, LLC and The Enclave at Winslow. The luxury townhome community located in Winslow, NJ was named Community of the Year at the event.
