This has been an ongoing issue for Neil for a number of years now as he has had to stand up to the gears of the courts and the methods used by attorneys, police, a city, a county, a state, a sheriff, a police chief, courts, court clerks, a governor, a state D.A., multiple D.A.'s, judges, a law firm, a bank, an ex wife, some family members, and many others to take all his assets, his children, his health, and his life.  Neil has had to stay in hiding for fear of his life as someone tried to murder him to stop him from taking action to defend himself, the court clerks have attempted to stop him from filing law suits which FOX News reported on TV...the list is nearly unending to the illegal acts taken against Neil in Mount Airy to date and Neil has the proof to back it all up...

Including a note, which according to handwriting analysis was actually written by his ex wife's attorney and then mailed to his ex wife and then was used to keep Neil in jail for 281 days illegally as they claimed the F.B.I. was investigating Neil for writing it. Later Neil contacted the F.B.I. who fully denied this fact proving that his ex wife's attorneys not only lied over and over to the courts but used tactics which went so far into the bizarre as to bring this whole ordeal to new heights of heinous acts...

The lengths that many have gone to in an attempt to destroy Neil and shut him up have continued to this day.  But Neil has refused to stop, taking the case all the way to Federal Courts in which he can now get his Justice.
