AtlasFAI Successfully Opens Clinic in Ontario

BURLINGTON, Ontario - May 22, 2018 - PRLog -- Let us introduce Dr. Jonathan Haslehurst and Dr. Ruth Avelino from our Burlington and Milton, Ontario centers! To date, their practice is the only clinic in Ontario to meet the  rigid surgical standards of Atlas.

Dr. Haslehurst and Dr. Avelino are thrilled to have joined us as an AtlasFAI Certified Center. Dr. Haslehurst completed his undergraduate training at McMaster University and went on to do his postgraduate training in podiatry at the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences in Toronto. After graduation he completed several advanced training courses in diabetic wound care, diabetic assessment techniques, lower extremity compression therapy for venous insufficiency, and several advanced surgical coursed including HyProCure and the KobyGard system.

Dr. Avelino completed her undergraduate training at Guelph University and went on to do her postgraduate training in podiatry at the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences in Toronto. After graduation she completed several advanced training courses, including injection techniques for botox, the use of sclerosing agents for varicosities, lower extremity compression therapy for venous insuficiency, as well as several advanced surgical courses including HyProCure and the KobyGard system.

Dr. Haslehurst, Dr. Avelino and our AtlasFAI centers in Burlington and Milton are passionate about  provide podiatric care for all ages. We're honored to have them join the AtlasFAI Family and embrace our treatment model that revolves around the patient
