Soreide Law Group Wins $100,000 Award for South Florida Retiree against J.H. Darbie & Co., Inc., and Financial Advisor, Spencer Laufer

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. - May 15, 2018 - PRLog -- The securities arbitration law firm, Soreide Law Group, PPLC, recovered $100,000 for a South Florida retiree after a three day hearing before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") in Boca Raton, Florida.  The claims were related to negligence and negligent supervision of J.H. Darbie & Co., and their former representative, Spencer Laufer (now banned from the securities industry), for a private placement investment sold to the Claimant. The case, FINRA case No. 17-01700, was an expedited hearing given the Claimants age, and was filed in June of 2017 with the award being published on May 14^th, 2018.  The investment at issue was an investment into Sunergy Land Trust, which was purportedly an investment into land which would be leased to solar wind farms.
