Gravity Supply Chain Raises $7 Million Backed by Wavemaker Partners
Gravity was founded in 2014 by Graham Parker and Darren Palfrey and has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, U.K, the U.S. and South Africa.
"This latest round allows us to accelerate the development of our supply chain and logistics platform and continue adding value to our clients, their clients and to the overall community of users," said Graham Parker, CEO, Gravity Supply Chain. "We have an impressive and extensive client list and a strong business and product development pipeline. As a business we are seeing an extremely positive reaction to our software solution across a wide range of brand owners, retailers, manufacturers and freight and logistics providers. In the coming 12 months we will place significant emphasis on our sales, customer success and marketing activities as we grow revenues and market share."
The company recently announced that it had secured new contracts in the first few months of 2018 across its core Purchase Order Management software, and recently launched Shipment Tracking software. It will also be expanding its suite of modular apps this year to include Source. When combined with the company's full suite of modular apps Source will enable the Gravity platform to deliver seamless visibility from product concept through to commerce.
