Garden City Realty recognizes its April agents of the month

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - May 10, 2018 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Cal Harrelson is the top listing agent and Denise Coleman is the top selling agent of April.

The Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks Harrelson within the top four percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market in 2017. Harrelson was the firm's top Listing Agent for January, March, July, August and top Listing Agent of the first and third quarter of 2017. Harrelson was also named 2017 Listing Agent and Top Producer of the Year.

Harrelson has been selling real estate in the coastal resort areas of the south strand for 24 years. He specializes in vacation and investment properties and is a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS (CCAR), the South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). He is also a recipient of the REALTOR Image Award. Harrelson has been involved in community activities and organizations including; Rotary International, Boy Scouts of America, March of Dimes' Walk America, United Way, American Cancer Society, South Carolina Crawfish Festival as well as acting chairman of his church's deacon board. Coleman was the firm's top Listing Agent for June, September, November, the top Selling Agent for November, and the top Listing Agent of the second and fourth quarter of 2017. She was also named 2017 Top Listing Transactions Agent of the Year.

Coleman has been Garden City Realty's Top Producer of the Year six times, Selling Agent of the Year four times, Listing Agent of the Year four times and is frequently acknowledged as the Listing and Selling Agent of the Quarter.

Coleman is recognized as one of Garden City Realty's multi-million-dollar top producers and consistently ranks in the Top 10 percent of all Realtors on the Grand Strand.
